All services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed Instructor. There will be a consultation between the student, instructor, and yourself at the beginning of the service, or during a client consultation,  and the instructor will be overseeing the student training area. 

You may ask to speak to the instructor at any time during your service.

Clients may request a particular student for certain services, however, the school assigns services,

 based on the skill level of the service and the academic requirements of the student.

The school reserves the right to change appointments based on student’s attendance
